There are a lot of books and articles about how positive thinking and how to get rid of negative thinking how you should fill your life with only positive things and thoughts but reality is not like that if you only have positive electric charge then electricity doesn't work balance of both negative and positive. So your challenge is to learn where and when to have your negative thoughts and feelings,not to just get rid of them. Have them feel them feel them and move on as a friend told me they are like a bad motel room. You have stay there for now but you don't have to Live there forever.
